Programmers.io is currently looking for a Java Marklogic DeveloperOnsite role in Cincinnati, Ohio, United StatesContract Role - Open for W2 or C2CKey responsibilities:Leads the design, development, and maintenance activitiesDevelops and maintains content ingestion, validation and transformation workflows that populate the MarkLogic repositoryDevelops and deploys XQuery modules and Rest APIs to support complex searches and queries against the MarkLogic repositoryResearches and develops POCs that help to demonstrate the business capabilities using MarkLogicSkills & Other Requirements:Experience with MarkLogic with Strong understanding of MarkLogic internals, features and configurationsAdvanced skills XML, XQuery, JSON and XSD requiredExcellent Data modeling skills and experience working with relational and NoSQL databases requiredIntermediate level programming skills in Java/J2EE including Spring and RESTful web-services requiredKnowledge of Distributed systems and ETL processes preferredExperience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
