We all share a common mission to be the most trusted in financial advice.Who We WantSupport the preparation, presentation, and implementation of comprehensive financial plans by managing planning software, analyzing client data, conducting research, and assisting with client deliverables. Collaborate with advisors and planners to translate client goals into actionable planning strategies. Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial plans while contributing to a high-quality planning experience for clients.What To ExpectFinancial Planning Support & Analysis: Prepare and update financial plans using web-based financial, tax, and investment planning tools. Gather, input, and validate client financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness. Research complex or non-standard financial planning scenarios and present findings to support planning recommendations.Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop ongoing client relationships to understand evolving financial circumstances, goals, and priorities. Attend client meetings as needed and draft financial plan summary letters for clients and their trusted advisors. Respond to planning-related questions and support follow-up actions.Collaboration & Implementation: Partner with advisors, planners, and external trusted advisors to support implementation of financial plan recommendations. Assist with financial plan agreements and coordination of next steps to move plans from design to execution.Reporting, Presentations & Tools: Create and modify presentation materials and reports to clearly communicate financial plan outcomes. Review and suggest enhancements to systems and workflows to improve the financial planning experience and efficiency.Other Duties: Perform additional tasks, duties, and responsibilities as needed or assigned by leadership to support departmental and organizational objectives.What You NeedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level required.Strong written and verbal communication skills required.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills required.Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced workload required.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team required.Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth and development required.Preferred Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field required.Minimum of two years of experience in the financial services industry required.Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation preferred.Experience with financial planning software and CRM platforms such as eMoney and Salesforce preferred.EEO Statement:In exchange for your expertise, we offer a base salary, bonus potential, 401(k) plus matching, health benefits, and a great working environment.
