Position Title: Avionic Technician Location: Greenville, SCClearance Requirements: Active Secret preferred; candidates must initiate the clearance process upon offerPosition Status: ContractPay Rate: Up to $40.00 per hourJob Description:Join the team as a FACO Production Avionics Technician specializing in F-16 fighter jets. You will be a key member of the Lockheed Martin Greenville Final Assembly and Checkout team, performing critical electrical and avionics assembly tasks to ensure the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Test, install, and route electrical harnesses and cablesTerminate wires and cables, perform continuity and system testingTroubleshoot and repair electrical and avionics systemsConduct operational checks and inspectionsAssist with general mechanical installations and testing as neededCollaborate with team members to meet production goals Required Skills and Qualifications:6+ years of electrical/aviation experience; candidates with 4+ years of recent fighter jet experience consideredMinimum of 4+ years soldering experience (pass soldering test/training required)Strong background in wiring, testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting electrical systemsExperience reading wiring diagrams and electrical printsAbility to work any shift (1st, 2nd, or weekend shifts based on team needs; shifts assigned after training)Candidate must be able to pass soldering proficiency testClearance not required to start, but active Secret clearance is preferred (initiate clearance process upon offer) Preferred Skills:Fighter aircraft electrical and avionics experienceModifying wiring harnessesElectrical diagnostics and troubleshooting with avionic systems Work Schedule:1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AMWeekend Shift: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PMShift assignments will be based on team needs after training.About Seneca Resources
