Required Skills: Active Orthopedic Surgery license and OR DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible within 5 years of residency Current BLS certification Ability to perform bread-and-butter orthopedics; total joints experience is a plus but not mandatory Strong clinical and surgical skills, with excellent communication and teamwork abilities Nice to Have Skills: Experience with total joint procedures Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekday mornings, afternoons, and potential call coverage Ability to adapt to different scheduling arrangements (halftime, weekly rotations) Preferred Education and Experience: Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) Residency in Orthopedic Surgery Prior locum or outpatient/operating room experience preferred Other Requirements: Commitment to completing privileging within 90 days Willingness to undertake call duties (optional but available), including weekend shifts Availability to start on June 1, 2026 Compensation at $1.00 per hour This is an exceptional opportunity to advance your orthopedic career while enjoying the flexibility and support of our dedicated team.
