Reeder McCreary, LLP, a Best Law Firms Tier 1, high profile, boutique full service law firm has an immediate opening for a mid-level (3-5 years) litigation associate.The ideal candidate to join our team will have the following qualifications:Graduate from an ABA accredited law school.3-5 years’ experience in complex commercial litigation including general business litigation, corporate governance, franchising, real estate, entertainment, intellectual property, and/or employment.Proficient in law and motion in state and federal court, discovery, pre-trial preparation, and depositions. Trial experience is a plus but not required.
