Lead/Senior Controller

Topstep is seeking a Controller to serve as the senior accounting executive and strategic partner to the CFO. You will lead all accounting operations, financial reporting under U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance to support growth and audit readiness. You will own the monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, manage external audits, and drive scalable processes across revenue, payouts, and general ledger.
