What You’ll Do: Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into our system Deliver meals and beverages in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make their visit great Maintain a clean and organized dining area Assist as a cashier or hostess when needed — we’re a team, and we support each other Work with fellow team members to ensure smooth, fast, and fun service Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care What We’re Looking For: Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred Excellent communication and people skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a busy dining room Reliable and punctual Willingness to learn and grow — we promote from within!
