What This Role Really Looks LikeThis is a Lead Restoration Technician role with United Water Restoration Group – Islandia, NY. You'll run the job:Own the site: setup, safety, equipment, documentation, and client updates.Lead techs on water, fire, mold, and hazard jobs across Nassau & Suffolk.Rotate on‐call for nights/weekends – real emergencies, real responsibility.Keep trucks tight, job sites spotless, and jobs moving on schedule. It's fast, messy, sometimes gross, and definitely not 9–5. If that turns you off, you'll hate this.
