The team is designing innovative solutions to automate data collection for beekeepers, helping monitor hive conditions such as weight, temperature, and humidity. These tools are especially useful for beekeepers managing remote or large apiaries, enabling them to save time and increase efficiency. NetB Labs aims to support human efforts in beehive maintenance rather than replace them, fostering advancements in agricultural sustainability.Role DescriptionThis is a part-time, hybrid role based in Richmond, VA, for a Full Stack Engineer. The engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions for UI systems and web platforms. Daily tasks include building and maintaining front-end interfaces, developing scalable back-end systems, integrating various frameworks and tools, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and usability.QualificationsProficiency in Full-Stack Development, including both Front-End Development and Back-End Web DevelopmentSkills in Software Development and debugging for scalable and reliable applicationsHands-on experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and other front-end technologiesAbility to collaborate in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectivelyFamiliarity with embedded systems is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experienceDemonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment
