Title: Internal Communication Specialist Location: Steedman, MODuration: 4/20/2026 – 12/31/2026 (Possible Extension/Conversion)Pay Rate: 28-34/hrSchedule: Onsite | 40 hrs/week | Flexible start time (5:30 AM – 7:30 AM)About the PositionThe Communications Consultant provides graphic design expertise and visual communication support to develop and execute effective communication plans for employees, customers, and stakeholders. This role partners closely with leadership and supports internal communications initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to support communication needsAssist in executing strategic communication plansCreate and edit content for print and digital channelsDevelop visual assets including:PostersNewslettersLogosPowerPoint presentationsDigital signageSupport video production and editing projectsManage and publish content via SharePointEnsure consistent messaging aligned with brand standardsCollaborate with corporate communications teamsSupport internal communications for ~700 employeesParticipate in emergency response duties as requiredRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field3+ years of communications and creative content experienceExperience with:Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, InDesign, Photoshop)Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)Video production and editingStrong visual storytelling and content creation skillsExperience with newsletters and internal communicationsPreferred QualificationsExperience in utilities or heavy industryExperience with Canva and animation toolsStrong portfolio showcasing design and video workDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
