We are looking for someone who can close with confidence while also protecting the integrity of the client experience.What You’ll Be SellingYou will primarily close clients into:Platinum Coaching Mentorship PLUS ($5,000 PIF / $6,500 financed)Momentum Mastermind ($12,000+)These programs help clients build sustainable businesses through client enrollment mastery, scalable business models, personal branding, sales systems, and implementation support.ResponsibilitiesConduct Zoom-based enrollment calls with qualified leadsHelp prospects make aligned decisions based on their goals and readinessFollow the company sales process and CRM standardsMaintain accurate notes and pipeline updatesAttend required sales meetings, trainings, and team huddlesCollaborate with setters, leadership, and coaching teams to ensure a high-level client experienceConsistently improve through call reviews, feedback, and implementationCompensationCommission-based structureOn-track earnings: $10,000–$15,000+ monthlyQualified leads provided internallyOpportunity for growth within a rapidly scaling companyWe’re Looking For Someone Who:Has minimum 1 year experience closing high-ticket offers ($5K–$10K+ preferred)Is confident leading sales conversations on ZoomHas strong emotional intelligence and communication skillsCan build trust without sounding scripted or pushyThrives in structured, high-performance environmentsIs coachable, accountable, and solutions-orientedHas a professional remote setup with strong internet reliabilityUnderstands that sales is both service and leadershipCulture Fit Matters HereAt Coach Kelly J, culture is not an afterthought.We move fast, we scale intentionally, and we care deeply about the people we serve.
