Premium pay. Four weekdays off.Availability RequirementsTraining occurs Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts. Additional Friday or Monday off-shifts will be required based on operational needs. Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled. What We OfferHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match + HSAPaid vacation + 13 paid holidaysQuarterly bonus opportunityFitness reimbursementEmployee battery programPPE and uniforms providedReferral programRecognition programsCareer growth and advancement opportunitiesWhat You’ll DoDiagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant systemsTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issuesPerform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenanceInstall and adjust machinery, controls, power systems, and utilitiesOperate machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, welder, etc.)Create and document work orders; track parts and maintenance activityMaintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE standardsWhat We’re Looking For2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred)Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systemsTechnical training in mechanical or electrical systems (PLC knowledge preferred)Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specificationsStrong problem-solving and basic computer/data entry skillsMust supply and maintain personal hand toolsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredU.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available)Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work required weekend/OT scheduleAbout The PlantThe Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people.
