Rate:Open & Negotiable Shift:Flexible clinical shifts in Level II and Level III NICUs; daytime and on-call coverage as per schedule. Start Date:TBD End Date:N/A Position Details: Patient Population:Newborns/Infants Setting:Hospital Inpatient (Level II & Level III NICUs) Responsibilities:Provide neonatal intensive care, rounding, collaborate with pediatric subspecialists, utilize advanced neonatal technologies (body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, iNO), teaching and quality improvement initiatives. Required Procedures:Advanced neonatal procedures as applicable in Level II & III NICU care.
