Job Description We are currently seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.Responsibilities:Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashionEstimate time and extent of repairsPerform routine preventive maintenanceMaintain material and supply inventoryOversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary​Qualifications:Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields (4+ yrs)Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipmentAbility to handle physical workloadDeadline and detail-orientedHave own truck + tools
