Should have proven experience with ServiceNow HRSD development and integrations.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong technical expertise in ServiceNow platform tools and integration technologiesMust have certification in CIS-HRSDLead the development and integration of ServiceNow HRSD with external systemsReview the ServiceNow HRSD solution and its capabilitiesConfigure HR criteria, User criteria, document templates, and HR ProfilesDefine and manage HR Services, Categories, HR Service Catalogs, Catalog Items, and Lifecycle EventsEnsure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, agency security guidelines, governance policies and maintain as close to an out of the box environment as possibleAssists with report configuration and maintenance.Configure and maintain data integrations between ServiceNow and other systemsDesign/ Develop ServiceNow Forms and Tables as well as ModulesDesign and implement custom workflows and automations to optimize HR service deliveryCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored HRSD solutions.
