We are looking for a Driver Manager / OTR Dispatcher who thrives in a high-energy environment and is passionate about supporting drivers while maximizing fleet performance.This role is critical to our operation serving as the primary point of contact for drivers and ensuring they are set up for success through consistent communication, strategic planning, and proactive problem-solving.What You’ll DoManage a fleet of OTR drivers with a focus on maximizing miles and utilizationConduct verbal trip planning with drivers to ensure clarity, efficiency, and alignmentMaintain high touchpoint communication with drivers daily (calls, messages, check-ins)Anticipate and plan ahead for loads to keep drivers moving and productiveTroubleshoot issues in real-time and provide solutions that balance driver needs and business goalsCollaborate closely with planning, brokerage, and operations teams to optimize freight flowBuild strong, trust-based relationships with drivers to support retention and engagementWhat We’re Looking ForRequired: Previous experience in trucking, transportation, or logisticsStrong ability to multi-task and think critically in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills—clear, direct, and driver-focusedProven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make real-time decisionsTeam-oriented mindset with a high level of collaboration and accountabilityComfortable working in a high-touch, high-communication rolePreferred:Experience with McLeod Software and/or SEMS-AIRBackground managing OTR drivers or dispatching in a similar environmentWhy Jacko Logistics?High-growth company with strong leadership and visionCollaborative, team-first culture where your impact is felt dailyModern fleet and operations focused on efficiency and driver successOpportunity to play a key role in scaling a rapidly growing operation
