As Property Manager, you will have the chance to drive operational excellence while developing your leadership, financial, and client management skills in a top-tier retail setting.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations of the shopping center and ensure high property standards are maintained.Manage tenant relations, lease compliance, and coordinate service or operational requests from tenants.Support leasing strategies and tenant improvement projects in collaboration with ownership and leasing teams.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality operational performance and contract compliance.Prepare and manage operating budgets, financial reports, and track expenses.Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements, property policies, and risk management standards.Lead, supervise, and support property staff and contractors as needed.Simultaneously manage multiple projects with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.Deliver a high level of customer service, maintaining a flexible and solution-oriented approach.Must-Have Requirements:Bachelor's degree.Minimum 4+ years' experience in property management, specifically managing retail assetsNice-to-Have Skills:CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.
