(YSDI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to enhancing quality of life for people with disabilities by providing access to Full Potential Service Dogs: partners trained to perform beyond legal minimums to provide superior canine assistance. Through our proprietary Full Potential Method, comprehensive training programs, and expert support, we empower both dogs and handlers to reach their full potential, creating life-changing partnerships.YSDI serves veterans, first responders, and individuals with physical or mental disabilities through multiple pathways: providing fully trained Service Dogs at no charge to recipients, and teaching motivated individuals to train their own dogs through our Full Potential Service Dog School. All programs emphasize dignity, security, and independence, helping clients achieve their full potential alongside optimally trained Service Dog Partners.Position Description:This is an unpaid, flexible volunteer position which can be done anywhere in the United States.Duties and Responsibilities:Checking in weekly on volunteers and departments to ensure they are on track with assigned tasksWriting check-in emails to inactive volunteersWriting emails of termination to unresponsive inactive volunteersMaintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentsMaintaining confidentiality and integrity of human resource files, records, and documentsProviding clerical support to the Executive staffMediating conflict resolution between staff and/or volunteersRequired Qualifications:Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsAbility to organize daily workload by priorityHighly organizedProven reliability and ability to meet deadlinesFamiliarity with Microsoft OfficeStrong command of the English languageExcellent interpersonal and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh speed internet connectionWorking electronic device (computer, laptop, or similar device)Thank you, from the YSDI Team!
