We are seeking a Cadence Application Analyst to support scheduling, referral, and authorization workflows within the Epic platform. This role will lead analysis, configuration, and support activities for scheduling and referral-related initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver effective workflow solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Support and optimize MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct and open scheduling.
Configure and maintain referral and authorization workflows, workqueues, referral templates, and rule-based processes.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Collaborate with application teams to ensure integrated workflow design and functionality.
Support system testing, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing enhancements.
Participate in workflow design, process improvement, and implementation activities.
Provide application support for scheduling, referral, and authorization functions.
Required Qualifications
Experience supporting MyChart self-scheduling workflows, including direct scheduling and open scheduling.
Experience supporting referral and authorization workflows, including workqueues, referral templates, and complex rule configuration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and workflow design skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience supporting application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting or building Ambulatory Orders workflows.
Experience working within integrated healthcare application environments.

Epic Referral & Authorization Certification (Required)
Epic MyChart Certification (Required)
Epic Cadence Certification (Preferred)
