Call Center/Technical Service Representative
Nesco Resource is looking for customer service representatives with technical abilities for a climate controlled call center in a friendly, charismatic, work environment. Nesco is looking for technical minded individuals who are looking for seasonal work.This is a 1st shift position: Monday-Thursday 8am - 6pm and 8am-5pm on Fridays.(9am - 2pm Saturday - one per month.)The starting pay is $17/hour and there is overtime available!Duties/ResponsibilitiesResponsible for trouble shooting and fixing end-users heaters over the phone or by email.Provide great customer service by diagnosing the issue that the heater is having.Answering end-user questions with helpful tips on how to use our products, or point them in the right direction when selecting a new heater.Handle any warranty situations by getting the correct parts out to the end-users to get their heaters operating efficiently again. Skills/QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
