Must have a Masters in a behavioral health field and experience with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.We Offer Full Time Employee Benefits:7 Paid Holidays a yearAccrued time off starting with 2 weeks the first yearPay per billed clientHealthcare stipend401K employer matchComfortable, furnished offices and clinic environmentW-2 Position, employer pays Medicare and Social security.Bonus based on performanceResponsibilities Include:Hybrid - Clinicians set their own schedule whether in-person or telehealth sessions based on the client's need.Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policyProvide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our communityUtilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goalsPrepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocolFor Full-Time status clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25-30 client visits per weekParticipate in local outreach to the communityCoordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as neededAttend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainingOther stuff we probably forgot to add but it just as meaningful and important to your role :)Required Qualifications and Skills:Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc.)Required experience with completing Biopsychosocial intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notesEffective written and verbal communication skillsAbility to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clientsAbility to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents on timeComfort and familiarity working with a diverse client baseProficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)Flexible work from home options available.
