Job Title: Procurement Analyst (Buyer)Job Location: Plano, TX(Hybrid)Project Duration: 12+ months with possible extensionStrategic Sourcing & ContractingDevelop and execute multi-year spend and category strategiesLead sourcing initiatives (RFx events) ensuring competitive and compliant processesNegotiate and execute contractual agreements including:Master Service Agreements (MSAs)Statements of Work (SOWs)Amendments, renewals, extensions, NDAsSupport professional services procurementDrive cost savings, rebates, volume discounts, and innovation opportunitiesConduct supplier market analysis and manage Tier I & Tier II supplier engagementsPartner with business units to build strategic procurement roadmapsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure adherence to procurement policies and financial/regulatory standardsInterpret and document contractual requirements clearly for stakeholdersSupport contract renewals, terminations, and compliance monitoringStakeholder & Supplier ManagementInfluence cross-functional stakeholders at all management levelsBuild strong relationships with suppliers and business partnersFacilitate planning meetings and ensure proactive communicationEducate teams on sourcing best practices and negotiation strategiesIdentify continuous improvement (Kaizen) opportunitiesQualifications (Must Have)Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field5+ years of experience in:Strategic sourcingContract development & negotiationContract managementData analyticsExperience supporting professional services commoditiesStrong understanding of financial and regulatory compliance standardsAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsProven ability to influence across multiple management levelsAbility to work independently with high accuracy and efficiencyPreferred QualificationsFinancial services or banking industry experienceKnowledge of eMarketplace platforms and Ariba Spend Management
