Behavior Technician
Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Registered Behavior Technician. The Registered Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting data on client progress, working closely with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and collaborating with a team of professionals to ensure effective therapy. Daily tasks include one-on-one interaction with clients, assisting with skill acquisition, and supporting behavioral objectives.
Qualifications
Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
Strong Communication and Behavioral Intervention skills
Background in Psychology
Excellent observational and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum is a plus- preferred
Relevant certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or completed RBT 40-hr training
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
