You will own the full lifecycle of publisher engagement — from prospecting and onboarding new supply, through to optimization, monetization strategy, and long‑term partnership growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPublisher Growth & RevenueOwn a portfolio of high‑growth publishers, accountable for revenue, yield, and adoption of BidSwitch solutionsDrive incremental revenue through new integrations, inventory expansion, and product upsellBuild multi‑quarter growth plans and deliver against revenue and performance targetsSupply Strategy & Yield OptimizationPartner with publishers to optimize floor strategy, demand mix, format expansion, and monetization performanceAnalyze performance trends and identify actionable opportunities across display, in‑app, video, and CTVCollaborate with Ad Ops, Product, and Engineering to resolve performance and technical issuesPublisher Relationships & Executive EngagementAct as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned publishersBuild trust with both day‑to‑day stakeholders and senior decision‑makers (Commercial, Yield, Product, Revenue leads)Lead QBRs, roadmap discussions, and long‑term strategic planning sessionsCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Buyer Development, Curated Markets, Commerce Media, Product, and Data teamsProvide structured feedback from publishers into product and commercial roadmapsSupport PMP packaging, deal strategy, and supply alignment for key buyersWho You Are:Required Experience5–7+ years’ experience in Publisher Development, Supply Partnerships, Account Management, or Business Development within AdTech / ProgrammaticStrong understanding of SSP/DSP dynamics, header bidding, OpenRTB, PMPs, and yield optimizationProven ability to sign and onboard new publisher partners, not just manage existing accountsTrack record of driving supply‑side revenue growth through both acquisition and optimizationPreferred BackgroundExperience at an SSP, DSP, Exchange or Monetization TechnologyExposure to Curation, SPO, Commerce Media, or Retail data‑driven monetizationComfort operating in data‑driven, highly commercial environmentsSkills & CompetenciesCommercially sharp with strong business acumenComfortable with outbound and long‑term account ownershipData‑driven approach to optimization and decision‑makingConfident communicator with senior stakeholdersHighly organized and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesSuccess in the Role Looks LikeConsistent new publisher signings contributing incremental supply and revenueStrong ramp‑up performance of newly onboarded partnersSustainable QoQ revenue growth across the publisher portfolioHigh publisher retention and executive‑level advocacy for BidSwitchWhy BidSwitchWork at the center of commerce, data, and programmatic innovationCollaborate with global publishers and premium supply partnersInfluence the evolution of privacy‑safe monetization at scaleCompetitive compensation, career progression, and global mobilityWe acknowledge that many candidates may not meet every single role requirement listed above.
