Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Support client and stakeholder relationships using technical knowledge and an analytical mindset.• Identify, consolidate, and connect data from multiple sources, including social media, media monitoring, surveys, and internal systems.• Build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps.• Translate communication goals into measurable indicators, metrics, and KPIs.• Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data models to present findings clearly.What You'll Need• Experience building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.• Experience with data exploration, cleaning, visualization, and predictive modeling.• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform Tools, such as Power Automate.• Experience with Python, including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT.• Ability to brief senior leaders and conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.• A Bachelor's degree and a Secret clearance.What's On Offer• Competitive annual salary ($62,000 – $141,000) plus comprehensive benefits.• Opportunities to support critical missions and drive large-scale strategy decisions through data insights.• Professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.• A collaborative environment focused on ethical AI use and employee well-being.Apply via Haystack today!
