Electrical Foreman – Commercial & Industrial SolarA leading renewable energy EPC contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead field crews on Commercial & Industrial (C&I) solar projects across the Mid-Atlantic region.This is a great opportunity to join a well-established solar contractor with a strong track record of delivering high-quality solar installations for commercial, industrial, institutional, and public-sector clients.About the CompanyOur client is a dedicated renewable energy contractor specializing in the design, development, and construction of turnkey solar energy systems. Their team includes NABCEP-certified installers, engineers, and licensed electricians who are passionate about building the clean energy economy and delivering exceptional projects.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise electricians and installation crews on active solar construction sites.Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to specification.Install and oversee the installation of PV modules, racking systems, inverters, switchgear, and other balance-of-system equipment.Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.Ensure all work complies with NEC requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety protocols.Track materials, tools, and manpower requirements.Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and subcontractors.Support system testing, commissioning, and final punch list completion.Qualifications3+ years of experience in electrical construction, with supervisory or lead experience.Previous experience as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician.Solar construction experience strongly preferred.Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.NABCEP certification is a plus.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
