Clear, thoughtful communication helps residents feel known, supported, and respected. It also helps families feel confident in the care and services their loved ones receive.During this internship, you’ll work with Health Services, Life Enrichment, and community leadership to review current communication practices, gather feedback, and help identify ways to strengthen resident relationships and engagement.
