Audit Manager – Braintree, MA - $120k - $150k depending on experience Ready for your Audit promotion but it doesn’t look like that’s an option any time soon at your current firm? Maybe you’re waiting for someone to retire or leave to move up the ranks? At this firm, that’s not the case. They go by merit-based progression across all levels. Due to someone recently being promoted, they are now seeking an Audit Manager to join them. You’ll be joining a like-minded team of leaders who are willing to listen to your ideas and help you focus on your career goals. You will play a crucial role in leading and managing audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will oversee audit planning, execute fieldwork, review work papers, ensure compliance with auditing standards, and mentor and develop staff members. You will be part of a team with an open-door policy between Partners & staff. Many Partners have grown up with the firm and they have not undergone any major mergers, preserving the unique culture that their employees love. At this firm, you'll find people “running around, sharing snacks”. The atmosphere is casual and relaxed, not the “stuffy” environment that you feel at some firms. Their offices are brand new and pretty impressive too. Ideally, you’ll have 5 years auditing experience in public accounting firm including 2 years of supervisory experience and your CPA.
