AR/Chargebacks

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has hands-on experience managing high-volume retail customers.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and reconciliationsHandle chargebacks from start to finish, including research, dispute resolution, and recoveryWork directly with big box retailers to manage deductions, compliance requirements, and account discrepanciesMonitor aging reports and drive collections on outstanding balancesUtilize Excel and reporting tools to track AR performance and support process improvementsWhat We're Looking For:Experience working with big box retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.)Strong background in chargebacks and deductions managementSolid understanding of AR processes and account reconciliationDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skillsAble to start quickly / immediately available preferred All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
