Apply via Dice today!DescriptionThe HCI / Virtualization Delivery Lead is a highly technical program manager responsible for driving delivery of the bank's next generation private cloud infrastructure. This role leads the end to end execution of hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) deployments across strategic data centers. The ideal candidate brings deep virtualization expertise, strong delivery leadership, and the ability to operate in a complex, ambiguous, large scale engineering environment.Skillsvmware, virtualization, agile, infrastructureTop Skills Detailsvmware,virtualization,agile,infrastructureAdditional Skills & QualificationsKey ResponsibilitiesLead delivery of HCI and virtualization initiatives across GEOS, including compute, storage, containers, and VM platformsDrive execution of VCF based deployments in partnership with engineering leadsServe as a technical program lead, engaging directly with SLT+1 engineering managers (HCI, data center, networking, ADS)Manage scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and cross functional alignment across infrastructure teamsPartner with product owners, architects, and engineering managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment to GEOS strategyOperate effectively in a transformational environment, where roles, processes, and ownership are evolvingApply Scaled Agile practices to support delivery planning, ceremonies, and executionAct as a servant leader, coaching teams on accountability, delivery discipline, and Agile ways of workingCommunicate progress, risks, and decisions to GEOS leadership and technical stakeholdersRequired Qualifications7+ years in technical program or project management within infrastructure engineeringHands on experience with VMware, VCF, virtualization, and HCI platformsStrong understanding of data center architecture, compute/storage/networking, and private cloud technologiesDemonstrated ability to lead highly technical engineering teamsExperience with Scaled Agile, Jira, and Agile delivery frameworksStrong communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with VxRail, Nutanix, or other HCI platformsBackground in large enterprise or financial services environmentsAbility to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in evolving organizational structuresJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.Pay And BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $73.00 - $80.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
