Direct impact on business strategy Exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to work on high-visibility projects Growth potential within finance and FP&A OVERVIEW OF THE FINANCIAL ANALYST ROLE: Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions Analyze trends, variances, and key performance indicators Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for leadership Collaborate with accounting on financial reporting and accuracy Provide ad hoc analysis on business performance and initiatives PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–5+ years of experience in financial analysis or accounting Strong Excel and data analysis skills Experience with financial modeling and forecasting Ability to communicate insights to non-finance stakeholders
