High-Volume RecruiterStaffing Industry$45,000 per year + Commission Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmGrandview, Ohio (onsite)Internal Temp-to-hire OpportunityWhy You’ll Love This Job:After being hired on, the following benefits are offered:Full benefitsPTO and paid holidaysUncapped commission on top of a base salaryCompany social eventsWhat You’ll Do:Use various tools to attract talent in office and customer service roles, build relationships with colleges and organizations, and recruit through cold calling, job fairs, and referralsReview resumes, conduct prescreening, and perform detailed reference checksInterview candidates to assess qualifications based on client needs, salary expectations, and availability, and conduct drug screens as neededPresent vetted candidates to Account Managers, serve as a liaison between candidates and clients, and provide interview preparationMaintain consistent communication with candidates while providing support with payroll questions, managing feedback, and overseeing counseling and termination processesCollaborate with service and sales teams, document recruitment activities, and stay updated on recruiting trendsTrack and report weekly productivity to managementWhat We’re Looking For: Minimum 1-2 years in a customer or client delivery role, demonstrating strong relationship-building and ability to manage expectationsAbility to be online in the evenings and on weekends as neededInternally motivated and driven by sales goalsHigh-volume, call center, or warehouse recruiting experience is a plusProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteStrong writing and communication skillsAttention to detail, high sense of urgency, someone who can form relationships internally and with clientsCustomer and client service aptitudeAdministrative and organizational abilitiesMultitasking and time management methodsA positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dependabilitySome local travel, as needed to conduct client and candidate meetings, will be required
