We are looking for another team member to join our growing collaborative who shares the same passion and perspective regarding what it takes to build people-first solutions and environments.We are seeking a problem-solving, client-facing Organizational Strategy Consultant with deep expertise in advising firm leaders. This role will lead complex engagements focused on organizational health, people strategy, and change management. You'll work directly with C-suite leaders across architecture, engineering, and related firms, facilitating high-impact conversations, designing tailored solutions, and guiding them through implementation. You'll help shape client outcomes, innovate deliverables, and support firm growth.Core Responsibilities Include:Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients in the AEC industry on people and organizational strategyShape organizational design efforts including role definition, reporting structures, and workflowsConduct and interpret employee engagement surveys, compensation and benefits analyses, and performance review system audits.Create and manage deliverable plans, including scope, delivery and client satisfaction.Research and inform executive coaching and psychological assessments to improve leadership effectiveness at all levels.Lead parts of the client meetings, including facilitating executive retreats, stakeholder alignment sessions, and all-staff workshops.Develop strategic and succession plans that ensure the long-term success of organizations and the betterment of its employees.Support business development through proposal writing, client relationship cultivation, and insights sharing.Preferred Qualifications Include:Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in field relevant, e.g. I-O Psychology, Organizational Development & Change, Business Administration, or professional degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interiors, MEP, etc. Master's or MBA degree preferred.3+ years of professional experience and/or equivalent academic research in relevant strategy topics.Prior consultancy or corporate experience in relevant strategy topics.Display exemplary communication capabilities, effectively communicating verbally and through writing.Self-motivated and display a commitment to task completion.Be able to pivot quickly and adapt to change in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Love food.
