Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Coordinator at Every Child's Hope! Are you a logistics guru with a heart for helping others? Every Child's Hope is seeking a dynamic and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure our departments and programs have everything they need to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Key Responsibilities: Logistics Oversight: Optimize efficiency and productivity by coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and customers to ensure timely delivery of products. Procurement and Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers and service providers to secure the best terms, including pricing, delivery schedules, and quality. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels, reduce costs, and minimize waste through efficient inventory practices. Keep accurate purchase records and submit monthly expense reports. Supplier Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers, resolve delivery discrepancies, and manage returns. Data Analysis and Efficiency Improvements: Analyze the supply chain for efficiency gains using management software and tools. Compliance and Sustainability: Promote sustainability initiatives within the supply chain. Manage Vehicle Fleet: Track all vehicles, monitor insurance, maintenance, gasoline cards, and coordinate regular maintenance. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Ability to interact professionally with staff, co-workers, consumers, and visitors. Excellent time management, analytical, and critical thinking abilities. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Strong ability to prioritize and adapt as needed. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, drug-free, and able to pass a criminal background check. Ability to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals. Associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management. Ability and means to travel regularly within the St. Louis area. Must be able to lift at least 55 pounds. Completion of Trauma Informed Education/Training. Salary: $43,500 Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, no weekends. Why Join Every Child's Hope?
