Clark Creative Solutions is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the National Guard Bureau (NGB) Joint Training Readiness Services (JTRS) program. This effort supports Joint Training System (JTS) execution, readiness reporting, exercise planning, mission assessments, and training support activities across the National Guard enterprise.Location: Remote/Hybrid CONUS with frequent travel to Arlington, VA and other NGB locations.Clearance: Active Secret Clearance Required; TS/SCI Preferred. Position OverviewClark Creative Solutions is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead execution of a nationwide Joint Training Readiness Services contract supporting the National Guard Bureau. The Program Manager will provide overall contract leadership, customer engagement, staffing oversight, quality assurance, and strategic direction while serving as the primary interface with Government leadership.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, Military Science, Organizational Leadership, Training Management, Emergency Management, or related fieldMinimum 10 years supporting DoD, National Guard, Combatant Command, Joint Staff, or Service Component headquartersMinimum 5 years managing government contractsExperience supervising geographically dispersed personnelExperience leading readiness, training, planning, exercise, or operational support effortsStrong executive communication and briefing skills Preferred QualificationsMaster's degreeFormer military O-4 through O-6Former National Guard J7/J37 experienceJoint Event Life Cycle (JELC) experienceDRRS, JTIMS, and JLLIS expertise Powered by JazzHRclbIyCs4gZ
