ResponsibilitiesWe’re currently hiring an Entry-Level IT Support Technician / Customer Service Analyst role based in the Orlando / Central Florida area.This position is a great fit for students or entry level candidates interested in building hands-on experience in IT support within an enterprise environment. The role involves supporting a wide range of hardware and software systems, providing both in-person and remote technical assistance, and contributing to day-to-day IT operations.Key responsibilities include:Installing and configuring hardware, software, and mobile devicesSupporting audiovisual setups and virtual meeting technologies (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.)Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issuesAssisting with asset tracking, documentation, and system maintenanceUtilizing tools like Active Directory and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration ManagerDelivering high-quality customer support with strong communication and follow-throughThis is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 0–1 year of experience or relevant coursework/certifications who are eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative IT environment.
