Property Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Commercial Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our commercial properties. This role focuses on maximizing asset value, managing tenant relations, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Tenant Relations:
Manage all aspects of tenant lifecycle, including applicant screening, lease execution, tenant communications, and move-out coordination
Address Tenant concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong tenant relationships
Financial Management:
Develop and manage property budgets
Track daily operating expenses
Prepare and deliver periodic financial performance reports to owners
Input all property-related invoices, checking for accuracy and timely payment
Maintenance & Operations
Schedule, coordinate, and oversee contract vendors
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Respond to and resolve maintenance and repair requests efficiently
Recommend upgrades or improvements to protect and increase the long-term value of the properties
Risk & Compliance
Maintain accurate property safety and compliance records
Manage insurance claims and related documentation
Ensure adherence to local, state, fire, and life safety codes
Required Qualifications
Experience: [3–5] years of commercial property management experience, including maintenance oversight
Licensing: Active Real Estate License
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and local/state real estate regulations.
Technical Skills: Experience with property management software (MRI preferred) and Microsoft Excel
Core Skills: Excellent communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-service-oriented mindset
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
