Mid-Level Quality Process Development Engineer

Job Title: Mid-Level Quality Process Development Engineer Location: Maple Grove, MN (Onsite) Length of Assignment: 1 year (Contract-to-Hire required for one role) Pay Rate: $50/hr - $60/hr all-in rate (depending on experience) Job Description: Standing up workstreams supporting Watchman manufacturing automation and validation. Focused on reducing Human Visual Inspection and driving DV/PV/commercial readiness. Must Have: 3–6 years Process Development or Manufacturing Engineering experience Automated inspection and/or assembly equipment New Product Development experience Process Verification and Validation (TMVs, OQ/PQ, PV) Experience bringing new equipment online Nice to Have: Nitinol manufacturing High-volume medical device experience W2 position – only US Citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates with EADs, OPT need apply (no C2C).
