Job Title: Project ManagerLocation: Pinehurst, NCReports To: Executive Project DirectorPosition OverviewPinewild Builders, an IE HCR Company, is dedicated to delivering high-quality homes in sought-after communities such as Pinehurst, NC, while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in production homebuilding to join our team. This is an on-site role responsible for managing the full construction lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.The ideal candidate will bring strong operational discipline, hands-on construction management experience, and proficiency in Hyphen/BuildPro to support scheduling, coordination, and execution across multiple residential builds.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesOversee all aspects of residential construction projects, from groundbreaking through completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliveryUtilize Hyphen/BuildPro to manage schedules, track progress, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliersCollaborate with internal teams, trades, and vendors to ensure smooth workflow and proactively resolve issuesConduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, enforce safety standards, and ensure quality controlReview and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate executionManage project budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycleCommunicate regularly with clients to provide status updates and address questions or concernsEnsure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standardsKnowledge, Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in production homebuilding or residential construction project managementHands-on experience with Hyphen/BuildPro is requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work on-site in Pinehurst, NCBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred but not requiredEqual Employment OpportunityIE HCR LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
