Well established nephrology practice in Akron, Ohio is seeking a BC/BE nephrologist to join a cohesive medical team. The group currently consists of four nephrologists and six advanced practice providers (APPs) who support both call coverage and dialysis patient management. Responsibilities Share call coverage on a 1:5 schedule to support work‑life balance among providers Qualifications Board‑certified or board‑eligible nephrologist (BC/BE) Compensation & Benefits 2 year partnership track Competitive compensation Malpractice and health/dental insurances 401K 4 weeks PTO increasing with partnership Additional Information Incoming physicians will benefit from well-established medical relationships in the community.
