Assistant Vice President – Treasury & Liquidity Management
Company Overview:A leading global investment firm with over $1 trillion in assets under management is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Treasury & Liquidity Management within its Credit & Insurance division. This role focuses on managing cash and portfolio financing for various investment vehicles.Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with various teams on funding mechanics using cash on hand, leverage facilities, capital calls, and lines of creditDaily management of cash and liquidity activities, including credit facility draws, repayments, and interest paymentsForecast cash flow, borrowing needs, and available funds for investmentsDevelop and prepare liquidity analysis toolsEnsure timely execution of wire payments adhering to strict cut-off timesReview cash movement activity, including wire instructions and agent noticesPartner with deal teams and finance teams on global Treasury needsManage resources in the Center of Excellence in India and provide support to the Treasury teamOversee margin reconciliations and resolution of breaksProvide middle and back-office support for deal funding and trade settlementsManage and update internal/external standard settlement instructionsCoordinate account opening and KYC refreshes with banking partnersAssist on new business initiatives and special projectsIdentify process gaps and design solutions to streamline work processesQualifications:Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experienceFamiliarity with credit facilities and borrowing base calculationsExperience in system implementations and project managementProduct knowledge in fixed income, bank debt, and private creditExperience with Treasury Management Systems and SWIFT payment processingExperience in alternative asset management with a focus on credit investmentsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced ExcelStrong risk and control mindsetStrong verbal and written communication skillsCompensation: Pay Rate: $70 – $85/hr, DOEThe post Assistant Vice President – Treasury & Liquidity Management appeared first on Landing Point.
