H1B Visa Sponsorship is available for this position.Opportunities for Position Location:Southern California (including Moreno Valley)Responsibilities for S+B James Construction Management Project Managers include, but are not limited to the following:Overall project and team performanceMaintain strong relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, project teams and S+B James staffEstimate and develop project budgetsPrepare and maintain the project schedule with the superintendentThoroughly understand and administer owner contractsMitigate project risk and communicate with stakeholders effectivelyProject financial management including, but not limited to:Project Buy Out and SubcontractsChange OrdersBudget AdjustmentsOwner SOV & BillingsMonthly Project Status ReportsProject coordination & communicationManage & assist the project superintendentResponsible for job site safety adherenceLead all project meetingsProject documentationAssist in the review of all RFI’s and submittal’sAssist with subcontractor insurance complianceResponsible for all project staff development and trainingWhat we are looking for:Valid driver’s licenseBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or related construction experience / degreeIntermediate to Proficient level of understanding in Sage 300, Procore or similar construction management softwareProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam or Adobe.A knowledge seeker who will ask why and research things they do not understandSomeone who can work hard and play hard!Full Time / Salary Range: $100k-$150k depending on experienceBenefits:100% Health insurance for Employee401(k) with company matchDental / Vision insurancePaid time offSick DaysWellness DaysPaid HolidaysDiscretionary BonusCompany sponsored events in the communityRecruiting BonusesCompany Credit CardPhone AllowanceAnnual Christmas Party with HotelUse of SBJ Kings Suite - Light the Beam!
