Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in job's specialty in last 3 years. Travel Experience 6 weeks of travel experience. Skills Assessment ACT skills assessment with 2.7+ score. References 1 Supervisor reference within the last 2 years. 1 reference within the last 2 years. Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a permanent or temporary employee of Ascension Health in the past 6 months. Additional Confirmations I am willing to work 2 out of the 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) during my assignment, and I understand I will not be able to choose which holiday I will have off. Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all the following experience: proficiency in performing CST duties for Endovascular, Open Heart, and Thoracic procedures.
