What You ll Do: Provide comprehensive orthopedic care with a preferred subspecialty in hand or foot/anklePractice in a hospital-based outpatient clinic, seeing 25+ patients dailyPerform procedures in brand-new, orthopedic-dedicated OR suites equipped with MAKO robotic surgical technologyShare general ortho call (1:4 rotation) with first-call coverage from PAs (Mon Thurs)Work alongside 3 orthopedic surgeons and 4 PAs in a collaborative, team-based settingUse Cerner Community Works EMR for documentationRefer multi-trauma cases to tertiary care centers as neededEnjoy dedicated OR block time and support for subspecialty development Compensation & Benefits Include: Competitive base salary with sign-on bonus - to be discussed during interviewProductivity-based bonus model (wRVU)Student loan repayment opportunitiesPSLF-qualified employerGenerous PTO/ETO and CME allowanceMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance, including support for complementary care6% employer retirement contribution plus 1% matchShort- and Long-Term Disability, Life InsuranceFSA options (health & dependent care)Relocation assistance and interview expense reimbursementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) Candidate Requirements: BC/BE in Orthopedic Surgery (ABOS)Active VT license (or ability to obtain before start)Subspecialty certification in Surgery of the Hand or Foot and Ankle preferredClean malpractice historyCurrent or willing to obtain BLS, CPR, and DEA certification Why Brattleboro, VT?
