Job Description: We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer to provide SAP system support and SuccessFactors integration support for the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT).The selected candidate will work with state resources to support interfaces between MDOT and the Mississippi Accountability System of Government Information and Collaboration (MAGIC) SAP system. The role will also provide integration support for the implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) modules.

Note: This is an as-needed contract position, not a full-time assignment. Support will be required when additional technical resources are needed.

Mandatory Requirements: Minimum 8 years of SAP ABAP design and development experience, including strong ABAP Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).- Functional knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas: Finance, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Logistics, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), SUS/ROS, Master Data Management (MDM), or Human Capital Management (HCM).- Minimum 4 years of experience working with SAP operational systems for public-sector clients.- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP Business Process Automation (SAP BPA) by Redwood.- Experience analyzing SAP development issues, identifying root causes, and implementing solutions.

Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of the State of Mississippi (SOMS) MAGIC system.- Experience with SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration, including integration between SuccessFactors EC/ECP, SAP on-premise HCM, and non-SAP systems.- SAP Portal support experience.- Experience with Web Dynpro.- Experience in SAP workflow development and maintenance.- Strong troubleshooting and incident-resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and support SAP ABAP applications.- Support ABAP Object-Oriented development and SAP system operations.- Maintain interfaces between MDOT systems and the MAGIC SAP platform.- Provide integration support for SuccessFactors EC and ECP.- Support SAP BPA by Redwood automation.- Analyze technical issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.- Provide technical assistance to state resources on an as-needed basis.
