We're Hiring!Cook Inlet Housing Authority (CIHA) is seeking a Receptionist to serve as the primary front-line representative for the organization. What You'll Be Doing:As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Cook Inlet Housing Authority, providing welcoming and professional experience for applicants, tenants, and visitors while supporting daily Housing Department operations.Greeting visitors, manage lobby flow, and answer and route incoming calls.Communicate information about CIHA services, processes, and properties.Coordinate conference and huddle room schedules and post daily calendars.Maintain the appearance and organization of common areas.Provide administrative support, including data entry, document scanning, and appointment coordination.Process payments, issue receipts, and prepare daily cash logs for Finance.Assist with lobby issue resolution and support safety and emergency preparedness activities.
