Please independently verify any critical information before relying on it.DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with 2–4 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines in a precision manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting complex engineering drawings, accurately measuring machined parts, and making real-time adjustments to machine settings to ensure consistent product quality.ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor CNC machines (mills, lathes, or multi-axis) to produce precision components according to engineering specifications.Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools to ensure part conformance.Make offset adjustments and minor program edits as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy.Set up tooling, fixtures, and materials for efficient workflow.Troubleshoot machining issues and communicate effectively with supervisors and engineering when necessary.Maintain clean and safe working conditions according to company policies and OSHA standards.Document work performed and inspection results as required.RequirementsEssential Qualifications:Experience: 2–4 years of CNC machining experience in a production or job-shop environment.Skills:Proficient using precision measurement instruments.Strong ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings and tolerances (GD&T a plus).Knowledge of G-code and M-code; capable of making program adjustments.Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for prolonged periods throughout the shift.Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as needed.Manual dexterity and ability to work with hand tools and machine controls.Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise, metal shavings, and lubricants.
