Apply today to make a positive difference in every life you touch.ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBLE FOR:RN is Preferred, will consider Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered CardiovascularElectrophysiology Specialist (RCES)Assists the physician in the performance of invasive advanced cardiac procedures, has thoroughknowledge of all Cath/EP Lab Equipment and maintenance of it and administers direct/indirect care topatients undergoing invasive cardiac procedures. Able to provide direct and indirect cardiovascularclinical care during established procedures and provide sedation for patients. Additionally, will serve assubject matter expert in challenging and difficult cases by providing guidance to fellow Cath lab/EP labtechs in the proper operation of equipment and procedures used in the Catheterization Laboratory.Must be able to perform a combination of higher-level work such as Cath, EP, and/or Vascular.QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), Registered CardiovascularElectrophysiology Specialist (RCES)Minimum Experience Required4 years of Cath Lab Tech ExperienceMinimum Licensure/Certification Required By LawCurrent Georgia RN license, RCIS or RCESAdditionalQualifications:BCLS and ACLSProficient in scrubbing, sedating, circulating, and monitoring.
