Full TimePlumbing MEP SuperintendentLocation: Charleston / Mount Pleasant, SCResponsibilities:• Oversee commercial plumbing, HVAC, and MEP construction projects.• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and materials.• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.• Manage quality control, inspections, and project documentation.Qualifications:• Minimum 5 years of commercial MEP construction experience.• Previous Superintendent or Foreman experience preferred.• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate multiple trades.• Strong leadership and communication skills.• Valid driver's license.
