It is the responsibility of a bartender to prepare and serve consistent, high-quality cocktails and food in an expedient manner, while establishing positive guest relations and maintaining a clean, orderly bar. The bar chef contributes to the profitability of the restaurant by generating sales, adhering to all company recipes and ensuring correct payment for all beverages served.It is the responsibility of a bar prep to assist the bar team in their daily operations to ensure the bar operates smoothly. This includes, but not limited to, assisting with opening and closing duties, cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked and taking on other duties to support the Bar team. Bar preps are knowledgeable about our menu items, attentive, and focused on providing extraordinary server pin a fast-paced environment.It is the responsibility of our prep cooks to prepare a variety of hot and cold food items such as salad mixes, sauces, side dishes, and appetizers. Portions, washes, peels, slices, and mixes vegetables, fruits, pasta, and other ingredients from entrees appetizers, salads, and garnishes. Carves and slices meats and cheese.
